This role requires supervisory and grocery experience.

Responsibilities would include:

• Buying and merchandising of products in the Grocery area
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport with sales representatives
• Handling of perishables
• Ensuring prices remain competitive
• Supervising, training, coaching and motivating associates
• Staff scheduling
• Leading the early morning crew in processing freight
• Opening and closing the store on a rotating basis (key holder)
